Q: Do you have any memberships available?
A: Membership in White Mountain Country Club is by invitation only. The Club
has memberships available at this time. Prospective members must be sponsored
by Equity members. For more information contact the office at 928-367-4357.
Q: What types of memberships does the club have?
A: The club has 3 types of membership. An Active Membership (Equity
Type) entitles use of all facilities for the member and his/her immediate
family. A Junior membership is available for persons under 40 years
of age. A junior member pays a $2,500 initiation fee and regular dues.
The membership is non-transferable and has no voting rights. A Social
Membership requires a $2,500 initiation fee and dues of $1438 per year.
A social membership entitles use of the clubhouse, recreation center,
tennis courts and is invited to all club social activities.
Q: How many Equity memberships are allowed at the Club?
A: The limit for Equity memberships at the Club is 450. We currently have 450
Equity members.
Q: What is the price of memberships?
A: The price for an Equity membership varies. Please contact the office
for current prices. Dues are billed annually in January and are currently
$2,875 per year.
Q: What is the annual house minimum?
A: White Mountain Country Club does not have a house minimum.
Q: Are there any assessments due or plans for new assessments?
A: The club has had two assessment in 50 years. A new irrigation system
was installed in 2001and a deep well project in 2004.
