Guest Information
Recognizing the nature of our vacation environment and retreat from the summer heat, the hospitality extended to Members’ adult family and guests is intended not to be regular.
All fees and charges incurred by guests shall be the responsibility of the host member, including any damages and or expense to the club, caused by acts of their guests.
Privileges, Limitations & Exclusions:
Family-Related Guests (as outlined in WMCC Bylaws, 2.10)
- Permitted five (5) rounds of golf in-season: May 16-September 30, with green & cart fees. Green fees may vary if the family-related guest is accompanied or unaccompanied by the Member.
- In addition to the permitted five (5) rounds, Family-related guests may also participate in the major tournaments: Memorial, Ladies Invitational, Firecracker, Summer Classic & Stag.
- Family-related Guests may play unlimited off-season golf: April 1-May 15 and October 1-31, with green & cart fees.Green fees may vary if the family-related guest is accompanied or unaccompanied by the Member.
- A WMCC Member must always make tee time arrangements for family-related guests, regardless of season.
- Social Members are ineligible from hosting family-related guests for golf, with the exception of the major tournaments outlined.
- Family-Related Guests may utilize all amenities and facilities of the Club unaccompanied, with the exception of golf, no more than fourteen (14) non-consecutive days per season from May 16-September 30. This includes any and all tennis and pickleball activities/events, social events and dining in any of WMCC venues.
- Family-Related Guests may exceed the fourteen (14) day limit, for dining purposes only, in the Clubhouse, only when accompanied by a member.
- Family-related Guests must be accompanied by a WMCC member during the following: Memorial Weekend Friday-Monday; July 3rd through 5th; Labor Day Weekend Friday-Monday.
- Eligible to purchase an annual Guest Card for $200 per week for one or two consecutive weeks. The Guest Card allows direct billing and unlimited golf (with fees) during the one or two weeks. The Guest Card cannot be purchased in addition to limits already met.
- WMCC member must make reservations for Rec Hall guest use, regardless of child age.
- Cubs Camp for potty-trained children age 4-5 available the day of use as limits permit.
- All Rec Hall guests are required to wear a wrist band.
Non-Family-related Guests:
- All Non-Family-Related Guests must be accompanied by a Member for use of all Club facilities.
- Permitted five (5) Rounds of golf in-season with a Member: May 16-September 30 with green & cart fees.
- In addition to the permitted five (5) rounds, non-Family-related guests may also participate in the major tournaments: Memorial, Ladies Invitational, Firecracker, Summer Classic & Stag.
- Non-Family-related Guests may play unlimited off-season golf with a Member: April 1-May 15 and October 1-31, with green & cart fees.
- A WMCC Member must make tee time arrangements for Non-Family-related guests, regardless of season.
- Social Members are ineligible from hosting non-family related guests for golf, with the exception of the major tournaments outlined.
- May utilize all amenities when accompanied with a Member at all times, with the exception of golf, no more than ten (10) non-consecutive days per season from May 16-September 30.
- Off-season, unlimited dining when accompanied with a Member, prior to May 15 and after September 30.
- Ineligible to purchase a Guest Card unless staying at the WMCC Salter Cabin.
- WMCC Member must make reservations for Rec Hall guest use, regardless of child age.
- Cubs Camp for potty-trained children age 4-5 available the day of use as limits permit.
- All Rec Hall guests are required to wear a wrist band.
Reciprocal Local Club: Pinetop CC
- Permitted 5 Rounds of golf in-season: May 16-September 30, Monday through Thursday, with green & cart fees.
- Reciprocal Club guests may play unlimited off-season golf: April 1-May 15 and October 1-31, with green & cart fees.
- Home Golf Professional of the respective Reciprocal Club, must make tee time arrangements for Reciprocal Member play, regardless of season.
- Clubhouse dining no more than ten (10) non-consecutive days per season from May 16-September 30, excluding special events, banquets, happy hour & Blue Plate & Bingo and other dates as designated by the General Manager, unless accompanied by a WMCC member.
- Reciprocal guests are prohibited from using the Club during black-out dates including, but are not limited to holidays: Memorial Weekend Friday through Monday; July 3rd through 5th; Labor Day Weekend Friday through Monday and any other dates designated by the General Manager.
- Off-season, unlimited dining prior to May 16 and after September 30.
- In-season Tennis and Pickleball only when accompanied by a member and is included in the 10-day maximum use of any/all facilities.
- No Rec Hall privileges.
WMCC has billing arrangements with the following Clubs. Members from these Clubs must be accompanied by a WMCC member at all times unless a direct relation to a WMCC Member, as outlined in our Bylaws.
